If you purchase a fragrance and don’t instantly love it, let me know, and I will happily exchange it for a new scent or refund.
I will exchange/refund any purchase that hasn’t been burned/melted. Just get in touch and I will let you know how to return it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IN MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
If a product turns up damaged, let me know and we’ll decide on the best way to handle it. Rest assured, I’ll take care of it in the fastest, easiest way possible.
WHO PAYS THE RETURN DELIVERY COSTS?
I will cover all fair and reasonable costs of return - providing you have contacted me in the first instance.
If a refund is required, I’ll process it straight away. Once I’ve processed it, it is up to the banks as to how quickly you’ll see it in your account, but it normally takes 2-3 days to happen.
